Between a lack of time to yourself, a lack of patience with your children or partner, and sometimes sleep problems, you can become exhausted and find it hard to connect with your own needs.
I've been a sophrologist for 12 years and a meditation teacher for thirty. As the mother of an (already grown-up) 16-year-old daughter, I'm delighted to be able to share with you these 'parenting support' sessions based on the principles of sophro/meditation. I'll be offering a range of guided exercises (breathing, deep relaxation, reading the body, daydreaming) to help you really find yourself, in yourself, at home.
This workshop, set up as part of a call for projects to support parenthood, is aimed ONLY at parents and step-parents of children aged under 18.
