Oenology workshop and tastings

This tasting workshop is for those who are curious about wine, including novices!
It starts with a visit to the vineyards and cellars in the company of a wine technician, to make the link between viticulture, oenology and the glass of wine.
Then, a succession of taste experiences awaits you! First, you taste single-varietal wines, then you blend them.
You taste them before and after maturing in barrels and finish with an old vintage.

An experience rich in content to familiarise yourself with Bordeaux wines!
