Château Bichon Cassignols

Bichon Cassignols is grown organically and is located twenty kilometres south-east of Bordeaux, on a plateau of deep gravel in the village of La Brède. As our vineyard is located in a peri-urban area, respect for the environment has always been a priority. The choice of organic farming was imposed when we were sure that these techniques could be reconciled with the gustatory qualities of our wines. Since 2018, we have been vinifying some of our wines without added sulphites. During your visit, we will tell you about our vineyard, the way we cultivate our land and raise our wines and we will offer you the opportunity to taste the fruit of our work!
